Resumen: Informe sobre el 3rd Internacional LIS-EPI Meeting 2008 que tuvo lugar en Valencia organizado por la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV), la revista El profesional de la información (EPI) y el Departamento de innovación de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). Los temas que se trataron fueron las redes de conocimiento, los repositorios, las revistas científicas y la web 2.0, y la innovación aplicada a contenidos y plataformas.

Title: Networks, scientific publication and innovation at the LIS-EPI Meeting

Abstract: Report on the 3rd International LIS-EPI Meeting 2008 which was held in Valencia, organized by the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV), Profesional de la Información (EPI) and the Innovation department of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). The topics covered were the knowledge nets, the repositories, the scientific journals and the web 2.0 and the innovation applied on contents and platforms.
